Complaints

We understand there may be an occasion when something has not quite gone right for you. We see your feedback as an opportunity to further improve our service and therefore encourage our customers to express their opinions directly to us. All complaints will be addressed with a professional attitude and wherever possible resolved in a timely manner.

Cancellations Policy

The cancellations policy will be detailed in the contract signed by the Client, and should be followed at all times, where work is undertaken on an ad hoc basis the terms of business will be set out in the S15 letter sent to the client.

Once a training event or course has been commissioned If you wish to cancel you must comply with the terms detailed in the confirmation of order form which will have been supplied to you.

If you wish to cancel any event or course you must inform us in writing as soon as possible by sending an email to info@agilitygroup.com with the Subject heading of “Order Cancellation”. Please include your Order ID number in this email, for the purposes of calculating date of cancellation this shall be at the date of receipt of the email.

Return Policy for Online Products

The Company will not normally issue refunds after online products have been downloaded and delivered to the end user, who is responsible for understanding the terms and conditions upon purchasing from our site.

However if a customer finds a functional error in an online product, they may contact us at info@agilitygroup.com and we will rectify any errors and provide the corrected online product to the customer within 48 hours. The notification of error in relation to an online product must be made by the customer within 2 weeks of receipt of the online product.

If we receive your order cancellation instruction before we have dispatched the goods to you, you shall be entitled to a full refund of the total order price minus the transaction fee we have incurred when we processed your payment.

This transaction fee is typically around 3% of the total order price, though this figure is subject to change without notice and we cannot guarantee what this figure will be prior to receiving any individual order. The refund payment will be made in accordance with the Refunds section below.

If we receive your order cancellation after we have dispatched your goods to you, then you may no longer cancel your order. However, you are entitled to return the goods to us in accordance with the Returns section below.

Returns Policy for Physical Products

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.

Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
